OUR STORY

Our story start simple as most stories do, a hobby. Something new I wanted to try. Never thought about a business, or this being more than cooking some turkeys at Thanksgiving, smoking a brisket on the weekends. When I cooked, I would bring whatever I made to work, “FEED THE PEOPLE”. The people said, “yo, this that slap”. I thought they were being modest cause they knew me. It wasn’t until I started to smoke meats for absolute strangers, seeing the enjoyment on their faces when sampling my food, that’s when I knew I created something special!

It’s been a lot of work trying to get this formula right. Which woods smoked better? Prefect temperature and times to create the most tender blends. A lot of thought, science and care has been applied to getting my product to the closes state of perfection, and now it’s ready for you and yours.
